Bandwith

I am not really a computer wizard, and honestly i dont what is bandwith, that is why i try to serach on the net, what causes such images to display on my page: heres some useful information, you might encounter the same problem at least youll know how to fix it.
What does 'Exceeded Bandwidth Limit' mean?
"'Exceeded bandwidth limit' refers to how much traffic your site can get during a given time. While we do have a limit set on it, we can't disclose the amount at this time. If you exceed the bandwidth limit on your site, please note that your site will come back as soon as your site's traffic has fallen below our set amount.
Keep in mind that Google Page Creator is still in Labs, and we continue to look for ways to improve the service."

got it. There r 2 ways of loading images. Either u upload form ur machine or u call it form a url. In case you are calling ti form a url then the bandwidth consumed is of the domain in the calling url. So if they have limited bandwidth then there images wont appear.

U can either ask them to buy more bandwidth (lol) or upload images to blogger after downloading it to local machine first.
