Childrens Organs: For Sale?

It was really a shocking news, not only to the people in my place but for the entire region about the rampant kidnapping among toddlers this past few days. It was really so alarming not only for the parents but for everybody else about the dreaded syndicate said to be selling body parts particularly eyes and internal organs..

It is said that this syndicate gets the organs of this children and allegedly leaves a sum of money inside the dead body.

Shay Cullen and his Preda Foundation, Inc. are not all that they seem. He seldom tells the complete truth, but distorts information, and sometimes wildly. He defames Filipinos, such as this article you posted, making it appear that there is a market for children's organs.

At this time, he and his staff are desperate to have me deported because I am informing the world as to his tactics and his actual history, which is NOT as he claims it is. Worse, Shay Cullen, in a statement made on the witness stand defamed a recently deceased witness, declaring him to be a "false witness."

In this country, that is a serious offense. The judge was so upset, she left her chair and paced behind the bench. Amazingly, he did it at least three times while being cautioned by the PROSECUTOR!

In another case, Shay Cullen and several of his staff, a total of seventeen were charged in court for libel against me personally. They went all the way to the Court of Appeals to have the case quashed, but to no avail. Six staff members and Shay Cullen were the only ones to show up to be arraigned, at which they all pleaded not guilty.

I am personally the complainant in the above two court cases, and the only way they can see to redeem themselves is to petition for my deportation with false accusations such as I defraud the U.S. medical claims (not a jurisdiction of the Philippines), fail to pay taxes to the IRS (not a jurisdiction of the Philippines), am a "suspected" child abuser (the same garbage that has landed him in court), and that I defame Filipinos.

He wrote a book entitled "Passion and Power" that severely defames Filipinos, calling them names such as "Sleazy", "goons", "corrupt" and "Keystone cops", a reference to a 1920s series by Keystone studios that featured slapstick police falling down, running the wrong way, easily outsmarted, and downright dumb.

He attacks in the book all forms of government officials, claiming that they coddle and protect pedophiles, that mothers commonly sell their daughters for sex, and to me, the worst thing he wrote can be found on page 464 of his book, where he writes, "In the next few years in the Philippines we were to see the rise of similar Nazi-like practices of torture, executions and beheadings as President Arroyo consolidated her power."

And I defame Filipinos?????

Here's a couple of interesting points:

Shay Cullen depicts the Philippines as a land of squalor and low moral values. I have been here over twenty years, and I find the Filipinos to be proud, friendly, outgoing and generous. Even my wife's family accompanied my wife and I to Immigration at the first hearing.

Shay Cullen admits in his book he stole the grounds that Preda Foundation, Inc. sits upon; and when Preda went into dire financial difficulties, he took a sabatical through Central and South America for a few months!

You may find more information on my web site (part of the complaint against me) at http://preda-facts.info and also look at the article on the Philippines at inquisition21.com that is hosted by one of Shay Cullen's fellow Irishmen, I believe.

I have done further research on the article above. Did you note that the article was originally in the Philippine Daily Inquirer? Shay Cullen has not written a column in that paper for many years. Even the date of the article, as posted above is 1 March 1995!!!

If you care to do a search on the Internet, there are many sites such as Truth or Fiction, Snopes and Hoax-Slayer that have all made comments on the allegations of stolen body parts. They are consistent on their research showing that such claims are false.

If you care to look at the final paragraph of the article, Shay Cullen says they are investigating the practice, but is there any more information forthcoming from that or any other source?

Please post your sources for this information. There has never been a verifiable case of a stolen organ from an adult or child.
