Following a Career Path

So, what made you choose your course? Do you have a burning passion about a certain subject? Or sadly, do you have no choice? I hope the latter is not your situation, because if it is, I pity you sweetie. More often than not, college students don't have any idea about what they really want to pursue during their college years. They just enroll themselves there because their parents want them to.

That's the case with my cousin. The boy wanted to take up architecture but his mom wanted him to become a nurse someday. With no choice at all, he ended up taking up the nursing course but eventually fell behind because his heart was really not in it. To make a long story short, he left the course and followed his passion.

The story above tells us that each one of us should follow what we want to be in life. I mean if the finances allow us to enrol in the course, then why not. Yes, our parents know very well what's good for us, but there are times like this where our choice and heart should sometimes overrule. In any case, I chose my course because I felt that it was the most appropriate study to take up, but if ever our finances would allow me to shift to business administration courses then I would gladly do so. You see guys, its about weighing your options in the best interest of everyone.

You also need to consider your parents valued opinion while trying to follow your dreams, because at the end of the day, if you just follow your heart and will, but you've already figured that it's not good for the family, then its useless. While following your dreams, make sure you're on the right road!

Perfect Option for Student Financing

My father is living proof of how hard work and perseverance produces great fruit for your labours. I mean if he just followed the desires of his relatives, then ultimately he would have ended up working at blue collar jobs. I don't mean anything against blue collar workers, but the present standard of living requires many people to acquire other higher paying jobs in order to provide for their families.

This fact, inspired us as kids, to really do well in our studies, knowing that we don't have wealth to inherit or investments. Actually, we might have debts to inherit, because of the fact that our parents aimed for better pastures for us, and did not just settle for what was acceptable. Truly, financing our studies was such a tough job for them, causing my parents more work than some other families in our area. But the great thing, is that their sweat has paid off! We were able to finish our schooling, and with God's blessing we immediately landed good jobs. We have great regard for our parents for investing in our future, and not settling for less. However, each family has different circumstances in the life's journey.

On that note, let me also share the triumph of a good friend who finished his schooling by supporting himself through school. Because of some financial constraints, he really struggled a lot just to make ends meet! However, a good thing now, is that there are
student loan interest rates that one can apply for, making it easier for many students out there who need assistance in affording their education, so they can move forward in life. In addition to this option, you can also apply for student scholarships that might be available to help finance your studies. You might just be interested to browse through this valuable site - http://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/get-started to gain some relevant resources on how you could finance your studies.

Best wishes in your endeavours!

Connecticut Day Care

I remember i talked about a nephew who is under my care. She is adorable because she talks a lot especially if im stressed, i used to enjoy talking to her because of her innocence. They used to talk often with my honey and the latter would always tell her to be good and if she does, the honey will treat her. The first time my love saw her, she was so thin that time because they just arrived from the place they used to live. She is far beyond the cute kid we used to adore. After breaking the news about the separation of her parents, my mom decided to just let her stay at the house first and thats the time my mom enrolled her to a day care class. I knew she's kinda old for that but as my love told me, it never matters since she would just skipped some level if she will qualify. The hubby loves her so much and i am kinda touched the way he takes good care of her. Anyway, the kid bugged me if she can go with us if honey arrives and for sure she will be with us from the day the hubby step on the place. How lucky this little girl coz im very sure she will be pampered so much when the honey came over.

Well, the hubby is asking me to scout for possible preschool for the kid at the City where she has recently bought a property. He used to tell me about CT preschool and Connecticut day care. He said, he always passed by on the day care centers and he used to see little kids eating ice cream. The honey indeed has a soft heart for little angels thats why he cant help himself from helping the poor kids.So much for my honey, i need to search now on Pittsburgh day care. This preschool is well known at Pittsburgh. I want to know this school more.

Have you Checked Out Book Summary?

A great author once said, "today a reader tomorrow a leader". Isnt it a great motivation to start a habit of reading? Anyways, when i was still young i really hate getting my books and even just a glimpse of them ruins my day. The reason is that, my father always reminds us to establish a habit of few hours reviewing our lessons. Since the bratty girl is really hard headed, i usually left my books at school so that my father cant check the bools on my bag. Nevertheless, those childish things are just few of the bratty stuff that i did but consequently gave me a good lesson.

First off,a habit of reading can't be established easily because it needs a passion from the person. For instance, try reading a novel and if you really dont like it or if you dont have a habit of reading such stuff then im sure after few minutes you will really give up,right? I realized too that once a person is fond of reading even just magazines or whatever that stuff then basically your reading habit will soon be developed.

These days where i can spend few private hours, my constant friends are books and fashion mags. Nonetheless, i am also fond of checking out book summaries especially those about literature and history. A friend introduced me to book summaries and when i started checking out such kind, i immediately felt in love. So for bookworms out there. try to scout some great Book summary portal for you to enjoy your reading experience.

What is the best Course?

Clueless about what course to take in college? Don't worry, everyone face same scenario specially after graduation. Some would end up taking the course of their sisters because they can sense that it is a great course while others do some background check and when they feel they have the passion for a certain degree then they would most likely take the course. But as you can observed, more and more students are taking up health related course. Nursing is one of the popular course of many. Do you agree? Well, I've known some friends and former classmates who took up this course and lately my nephew is asking me about Nursing Prereqs because she wanted to pursue this course. He actually took up midwifery the other year but i believe he doesn't like the course anymore so he is planning to shift to another course. Good thing, he decides to do that because my uncle is already the dean of the popular nursing school in town.

Looking for the Best Charter School?

Its indeed not easy to pick for a school for your daughter, right? Sometimes you have to do some background check so as to be assured that you're sending your daughter to a school with competent facilities and excellent teachers. Perhaps, you have heard of the so called charter school? Well, a charter school is a nonsectarian public school that is run by non-profit group rather than being part of the traditional public school system.

Although, a charter school is not expected to adhere with the basic rules and standards of a public school but each institution must aim for academic excellenceso as to report their academic success. Having successfully produced top caliber students will give them a good rating thus making them easy to renew their contract. Well, those facts are indeed informative and somehow its the primary reason why most mom choose a charter school than enrolling their child at a typical public school.
